TONOS COSMETICS does not test any raw ingredients or finished products on animals.  Our main goal is to maintain a supply chain free of animal testing, hereby we do not and will not conduct animal testing nor do we outsource this task to anyone. We require our suppliers to certify that the raw materials used in the manufacture of our products are not tested on animals. Our Brand is certified by PETA as cruelty-free.

Also TONOS COSMETICS certifies that our products marked as vegan do not contain any animal-derived ingredients. Please take notice that within a product category, such as Eyeshadows, some will be marked as vegan, and others will not. Nevertheless, we are committed not only create shades (and entire product lines) that are vegan from the start, but also to identify which of our non-vegan products can be improved.

Our Brand is also committed to reduce the amount of garbage generated. At the current time we have a policy to increase the use of recycled material for paper and packaging products, minimize paper waste and encourage recycling within our operations. We are now working on developing eco-friendly cosmetic containers for all of our products.

There are a number of reasons your credit card may have not been authorized when attempting to make a purchase on our website, including:

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with, you will see an Order Confirmation with an order number. You will also receive an e-mail with your order details. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation e-mail includes your order number, products ordered and prices, your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method. Use this order number if you have any questions about the status of your order.

We may not have had all of the items in stock when we shipped your package. Your shipping confirmation email should indicate which products might still be outstanding and pending shipment.

Orders submitted through our website process and ship very quickly. Unfortunately, we can’t cancel or modify any orders, after it is placed. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns are only given to items that are defective upon arrival. Your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
